Research on the Reform of the"1+X"Automotive Professional(Hearing Impaired)Talent Training Model from the Perspective of Industry Education Integration
In order to improve the learning quality and high-quality employment ability of students majoring in automotive(hearing-impaired),a large amount of research has been conducted on the automotive aftermarket industry and enterprises.Based on the characteristics of hearing-impaired students,it is proposed to integrate industry and education with enterprises such as China National Materials Technology Service Co.,Ltd.and Yalong Film Materials Co.,Ltd.,revise the talent training plan for automotive(hearing-impaired),and reconstruct the knowledge system,Develop integrated teaching resources that integrate industry and education,and reform the"1+X"talent training model.After trial operation,it has been proven that the research on the reform of the"1+X"talent training model for automotive majors(hearing impaired)from the perspective of industry education integration is successful and can be promoted to colleges and universities in Hunan Province and even the whole country.
