杭州市西湖区某特殊学校为了高质量地通过浙江省定点康复机构规范化提升验收工作,自上而下地创建了"五色工坊"康复教师研修营,创新了一条"五色四阶"的康复教师培育路径,在实践中培养了一支"复合型"康复教师专业师资队伍,从而提升特殊学校康复成效,推动特殊学校职能转型.
A special school in Xihu District,Hangzhou City has established a"Five Color Workshop"rehabilitation teacher training camp from top to bottom in order to standardize and improve the acceptance work of designated rehabilitation institutions in Zhejiang Province with high quality.It has innovated a"Five Color and Four Stage"rehabilitation teacher training path and cultivated a"composite"rehabilitation teacher professional teaching team in practice,thereby improving the rehabilitation effectiveness of special schools and promoting the transformation of special school functions.
