Comparison of the Professional Standards of Special Education Teacher s between China and America and Its Enlightenment to China
By comparing the professional standards of special education teachers in China and the United States through the content analysis method,it is found that the professional standards of the two countries have similarities in structure,content and function,but also reflect the characteristics of the two countries.They are professional texts formulated after fully considering the national conditions and combining the development needs of the two countries.Under the background of the development of the new era,in order to effectively improve the professional quality of special education teachers,China's professional standards for special education teachers should keep pace with the times,formulate professional standards for classified special education teachers,pay attention to training the evidence-based teaching ability of special education teachers,and build a""trinity"professional standards system for special education teachers before service,in-service and post-service.
