With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the Huaihe River has been playing an increasingly prominent role in the national economic development due to its inherent geographical location.Especially after the Huaihe River Ecological Economic Belt has been promoted as a national strategy,the population quality,economic development,environmental protection and urban-rural coordination in the region have all been improved,but the gap is still very obvious.Based on the analysis of the present situation of the development of the Huaihe River Economic Belt,the countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of environmental protection and ecological restoration,deepening the reform of economic system,strengthening the development of talents and promoting the integration of urban and rural areas.
