产教融合是适应瞬息万变的教育行业需求的必经之路,也是培养适应新时代、新需求教师的必备条件,产教融合的最终目的就是学以致用.为适应"中国学生发展核心素养"的要求,相应的师范教育人才培养模式也应紧跟时代的新要求,作出合理的变革,以适应"产教融合"学以致用的教学目标,使师范教育完全对接中小学教学要求.在师范教育人才培养方面的变革主要体现在培养目标的制定、专业课程设置、师资队伍建设以及实践能力培养等方面.
Research on Strategies for Cultivating Normal Students under the Integration of Industry and Education
The integration of industry and education is an essential pathway to meet the rapidly changing demands of the education sector and a necessary condition for training teachers who can adapt to new eras and needs.The ultimate goal of this integration is to apply learning to practice.To meet the requirements of the"Chinese Students Core Competencies,"the corresponding teacher education talent cultivation model should also keep pace with the new demands of the times and undergo reasonable transformations to align with the teaching objectives of the integration of industry and education.This ensures that teacher education fully meets the teaching requirements of primary and secondary schools.The reforms in teacher education talent cultivation are mainly reflected in the formulation of training objectives,the setting of specialized courses,the construction of teaching staff,and the cultivation of practical abilities.
