Bond Strength of Aerated Concrete Interface Agent Based on Box behnken
In order to study the bond performance of aerated concrete interfacial agent, the experimental design was carried out by Box-behnken,and the regression equation of bond strength was constructed, and the reliability of the regression equation was verified, and the effect of two-factor interaction was investigated and the optimization of the mix ratio was carried out.The results show that the maximum value of bond strength at 7d and 14d is taken as the target optimization value, and the optimal mixing ratio is 6%of polymer-ash ratio,0.49 of water-cement ratio, and 0.284%of water reducer dosage, and the error between predicted and measured values is relatively small, which proves the accuracy and scientificity of the Box-behnken used for the optimization of the mixing ratio of the aerated concrete interfacial agent. The results of this study can provide theoretical references for the study of adhesive properties and practical application of polymer mortar.
