On the Perfect Path of Judicial Social Workers'Intervention in Family Education of Juvenile Delinquents
Judicial social workers in China started late,but they have developed rapidly.Especially after family education has received attention from all walks of life,the role of judicial social workers in the family education of juvenile delinquents has become increasingly obvious.The family education of juvenile delinquents generally has problems such as incomplete structure and improper education methods.The service methods,service knowledge and professional performance of judicial social workers play an important corrective role in the family education of juvenile delinquents.At the same time,the interests of juvenile delinquents are further protected through the guardianship of judicial social workers,which provides great help for juvenile delinquents to re-enter society.This paper studies the intervention path of judicial social workers in the family education of juvenile delinquents,in order to provide reference for judicial social workers to play a greater role in the family education of juvenile delinquents.
