摘要

随着社会进步,创新创业已成为推动社会经济发展的一项重要引擎,但听障大学生在该领域面临教育平台资源不足、教育质量不均、社会认知偏见、合作交流匮乏等挑战.在以"以赛促创"模式驱动下,可以通过制定包容性政策、建设激励机制、技能培训、社会推广、构建合作支持体系、建立持续跟进机制等策略,提升听障大学生创新创业教育质量.

Abstract

With the progress of society,innovation and entrepreneurship have become an important engine for promoting socio-economic development.However,hearing-impaired college students face challenges in this field,such as insufficient educational platform resources,uneven educational quality,social cognitive bias,and lack of cooperation and communication.Driven by the"competition driven innovation"model,the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education for hearing-impaired college students can be improved through the development of inclusive policies,the establishment of incentive mechanisms,skills training,social promotion,the construction of a cooperative support system,and the establishment of a continuous follow-up mechanism.
