摘要

2021年,新加坡教育部特殊教育处发布了《特殊教育教师职后发展指南》,旨在促进特殊教育教师的职后专业发展,并明确教师的职业晋升途径.该指南以角色期望为导向,激发专业发展动力;以职业路径为蓝图,引领教师职业成长;以全程课程为支持,落实终身学习理念.文章认为该指南对我国特殊教育教师职后发展的启示有:开展有针对性的培训,激发教师专业发展动力;关注教师职业发展通道,完善教师晋升渠道;善用互联网资源,构建培训合作网络.

Abstract

In 2021,the Special Education Department of the Ministry of Education of Singapore released the"Guidelines for Post Service Development of Special Education Teachers",aimed at promoting the professional development of special education teachers and clarifying career promotion paths for teachers.This guide is guided by role expectations and inspires professional development motivation;Taking the career path as a blueprint,leading the professional growth of teachers;Supported by the entire curriculum,implement the concept of lifelong learning.The analysis of this guide provides insights for the post service development of special education teachers in China,including:conducting targeted training to stimulate teachers'professional development motivation;Pay attention to the career development channels for teachers and improve the promotion channels for teachers;Make good use of Internet resources to build a training cooperation network.
