Research on Translation of External Propaganda into English of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Eastern Fujian from the Perspective of Ecological Translation
In the context of the cultural first strategy,the intangible cultural heritage of eastern Fujian has been endowed with new connotations,missions,and roles in the new era.Therefore,as an important cultural carrier of urban history and culture,the external promotion and translation of intangible cultural heritage is particularly important.This article first analyzes the current status of research on the English translation of intangible cultural heritage in eastern Fujian.Secondly,it introduces ecological translation studies and the English translation of intangible cultural heritage in eastern Fujian.Then,from the perspective of ecological translation,it explores the English translation methods of intangible cultural heritage in eastern Fujian from three levels:language,culture,and communication.Finally,it proposes improvement strategies for the English translation of intangible cultural heritage in eastern Fujian,providing constructive suggestions for enhancing the dissemination of intangible cultural heritage in Ningde.
