Research on the Construction of Talent Training Mode of Intelligent Agriculture Under the Background of Rural Revitalization
One of the core contents of realizing rural revitalization is the revitalization of talents.Colleges and universities are the main positions for cultivating talents.How to cultivate high-tech talents needed to adapt to the development of the times is the primary task of agricultural colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the training of intelligent agricultural professionals with multidisciplinary integration under the background of rural revitalization,and puts forward the countermeasures for the reform of talent training.The training mode of intelligent agricultural talents with multidisciplinary integration is constructed from four aspects:curriculum system,teacher team and tutor system,practical teaching and industry university research cooperation mode,and interdisciplinary communication and cooperation.
