摘要
随着科研环境的数字化转型和开放科学新范式的兴起,高校图书馆员亟需提升其数字学术服务能力,以满足科研人员和广大学习者在信息检索、数据分析、科研协作、开放科学实践等方面的需求.文章提出的"高校图书馆员数字学术服务能力提升策略"聚焦于专业培训与继续教育、服务模式创新、技术支持与环境建设这几个维度,通过上述相关策略提升图书馆员的数字学术服务能力,使其在数字化时代继续保持其在学术生态中的重要地位.
Abstract
With the digital transformation of the research environment and the rise of the new paradigm of open science,university librarians urgently need to enhance their digital academic service capabilities to meet the needs of researchers and learners in information retrieval,data analysis,scientific collaboration,open science practice,and other aspects.The strategy proposed in this article for enhancing the digital academic service capabilities of university librarians focuses on several dimensions,including professional training and continuing education,innovative service models,technical support,and environmental construction.Through the aforementioned strategies,the digital academic service capabilities of librarians are improved to maintain their important position in the academic ecosystem in the digital age.
