习近平法治思想的提出,为乡村法治现代化建设提供理论指引,为全面推进乡村法治建设进程提供依托,为乡村居民提高法治自觉、增进法治认同、凝聚法治共识提供了政治前提.基于习近平法治思想的理论逻辑,相关部门应通过宣传法治思想、完善治理体系、优化营商环境等具体行动,强化法治思想对乡村法治现代化的指引,提升乡村法治建设的实效性,推进乡村经济、文化、社会、政治的建设进程.
Abstract
The proposition of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law provides theoretical guidance for the modernization of rural rule of law,offers a basis for comprehensively advancing the process of rural rule of law construction,and presents a political prerequisite for rural residents to enhance their awareness of the rule of law,foster a stronger identification with it,and reach a consensus on it.Based on the theoretical logic of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,relevant departments should strengthen the guidance of the thought on the modernization of rural rule of law,improve the effectiveness of rural rule of law construction,and promote the progress of rural economic,cultural,social,and political development through specific actions such as promoting the rule of law ideology,improving the governance system,and optimizing the business environment.
