Research on the Efficiency Improvement of Archive Management Under the Background of Digital Transformation
With the in-depth development of digital transformation,the field of archives management is experiencing unprecedented changes.This paper aims to explore how to build a multiple linear regression model to analyze the influence of different factors on the efficiency of file management(HUE)under the background of digital transformation,and put forward corresponding strategies and suggestions to improve the efficiency of file management.The findings suggest that electronic records management efficiency index(EEIR),system processing speed(SPS),data storage efficiency(DSE),retrieval accuracy(RAR),automation degree(AE),workflow efficiency(WE),personnel training investment(POP)and return on capital investment(ROI)have significant effects on the efficiency of records management.Based on these findings,this paper puts forward some strategic suggestions,such as strengthening the construction of electronic records management system,optimizing the processing speed of the system,improving the efficiency of data storage,improving the accuracy of retrieval and the degree of automation,in order to provide practical guidance and theoretical support for the digital transformation in the field of records management.
