核壳结构丙烯酸酯乳液的研究进展

丙烯酸酯乳液以其优良的耐候性、耐碱性、耐氧化性、耐臭氧性、耐光性和气味小的特点,得到了飞速发展。如何提高这类乳液的低温成膜性、高温时的抗回黏性及力学强度等始终是研究的热点与难点。分析了核壳结构丙烯酸酯乳液的聚合机理和制备方法,并阐述了当前丙烯酸酯乳液的研发方向。
The Research Progress of Core-Shell Structure Acrylate Emulsion
The acrylate emulsion has been obtained a rapid development because of its excellent weather resistance, alkali resistance, oxidation resistance, ozone resistance and less odor.But how to improve its film-forming in low temperature and resistance to adhesive in high temperature are still hot issues and difficulties. The polymerization mechanism and preparation method of core-shell structure acrylate emulsion were analyzed, the present research development direction of the acrylate emulsion were expounded.
