羟基丙烯酸乳液的制备及其在皮革涂饰层中的应用

摘要
制备了一种羟基丙烯酸乳液,研究不同羟基质量分数对于羟基丙烯酸双组分树脂膜性能及在皮革涂饰层中的应用效果的影响.结果显示,随着乳液羟基质量分数的提高,树脂膜的断裂强度升高、断裂伸长率降低;在25℃与-15℃下,随着乳液羟基质量分数的提高,皮革涂饰层的耐曲挠性能变差;将皮革涂饰层在高温高压的条件下压花,当乳液羟基质量分数达到0.6%时,压花离板性、压花抗切性和花纹饱满度均较好,与此同时,皮革涂饰层的手感也较好.
Abstract
A kind of hydroxyl acrylic emulsion was prepared.The effects of different hydroxyl mass fraction on the properties of hydroxyl acrylic emulsion two-component film and application performances in leather finish were studied.The results showed with the increase of hydroxyl mass fraction,the breaking strength of the film rises and elongation at break of the film decreases.At the temperature of 25℃and-15℃,the flexural resistance of leather finishing samples becomes worse with the increase of hydroxyl mass fraction.When the leather finish layer is embossed under high temperature and hight pressure,the plate release property,cut-through resistance and embossing retention are satisfactory.Meanwhile,the surface feeling of the leather finish layer is good.
