摘要
选用了高性能的水性羟基丙烯酸二级分散体和水可分散异氰酸酯固化剂体系为基料,确定了两者的最佳物质的量之比及其对涂层机械性能和化学性能的影响,讨论了增稠剂、锤纹助剂、铝银浆等原材料的品种和用量以及施工黏度对涂层锤纹效果的影响,得出了漆膜具有最佳理化性能和锤纹效果时的涂料配比,制备了环保、性能优异的水性双组分丙烯酸聚氨酯锤纹漆.
Abstract
This paper selected water-based hydroxy acrylic acid secondary dispersion with high performance and water dispersible isocyanate curing agent system as the binders,determined the best molar ratio of them and its influence on coating mechanical properties and chemical properties.The influences of variety and dosage of raw materials such as thickening agent,hammer agent,aluminum silver paste and construction viscosity on the effect of the hammer pattern of the coating were discussed.The coatings ratio with the best physical and chemical performance and hammer pattern effect was obtained.The water-based two-component acrylic polyurethane hammer paint with environmental protection and excellent performance was prepared.
