脱酮肟型硅酮密封胶中丁酮肟释放量的测定研究

摘要
本研究采用顶空瓶作为脱酮肟型硅酮密封胶的硫化容器,在加入10 µL水和24 h的养护条件下,通过内标溶液在60 min内吸收释放出的丁酮肟,以气相色谱仪进行检测,内标法进行定量.该方法回收率为98.1%～104.2%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=10)为1.84%.
Abstract
Using a headspace bottle as the vulcanization container for deketoxime type silicone sealant,under the condition of adding 10 µL of water and 24 hours of curing,the released butanone oxime was absorbed by internal standard solution within 60 minutes.The sample was detected by gas chromatography and quantified by the internal standard method.The recovery rate of this method was 98.1%-104.2%,and the relative standard deviation(n=10)of the measured value was 1.84%.
