摘要
介绍了无溶剂环氧腻子与水性氟碳涂料综合防护方案在桥梁维修加固工程中的应用.通过对无溶剂环氧腻子和水性氟碳涂料的特性和优点进行分析,结合实际工程案例,阐述了该方案在提高桥梁结构耐久性和安全性方面的显著效果.该方案的应用可有效解决桥梁裂缝、腐蚀等病害问题,延长桥梁使用寿命,对类似工程的维修加固具有一定的借鉴意义.
Abstract
This paper introduced the application of comprehensive protection scheme of solvent-free epoxy putty and waterborne fluorocarbon coatings in bridge maintenance and reinforcement engineering.By analyzing the characteristics and advantages of solvent-free epoxy putty and waterborne fluorocarbon coatings,combined with actual engineering cases,the significant effect of the scheme in improving the durability and safety of bridge structures was expounded.The application of comprehensive protection scheme can effectively solve the problems of bridge cracks,corrosion and other diseases,prolong the service life of bridges,and have certain reference significance for the maintenance and reinforcement of similar projects.
