In order to solve the problem of high waste rate and high rework rate for small colors in the painting shop of certain automotive factory,reasonable arrangement of small color production planning in the painting shop,and improvement of the feeding and circulation system in the paint mixing room have been implemented.At the same time,the management process for small colors has been established.The above measures are taken to effectively control the spray defects such as color difference,black spots,paint caking,etc.,which significantly reduce the rework rate and production cost.
