Discussion on the Application of Standard Ash for Architectural Coatings in Stain Resistance of Coatings
This paper explored the application of standard ash for architectural coatings in stain resistance of exterior wall coatings.Starting from the key indicators of standard ash,it is necessary to control its fineness,loss on ignition,and reflectance value.And its uniformity and stability control were discussed.The stain resistance of the new 2019 version of configuration gray standard substance was compared with that of the old 2013 version of configuration gray standard substance.The data of stain resistance of synthetic resin lotion exterior wall coatings and elastic building coatings were analyzed.The result showed that reduction rate of reflection coefficient in the stain resistance test of the new version of standard materials increased by about 2%.The requirements for stain resistance of architectural coatings samples have been improved.
