Research on Risk Assessment of Hazardous Waste Transfer Process
In order to study the risks existing in the process of hazardous waste transfer,the current situation of transfer and main risks of hazardous waste were sorted out.Based on the types,forms,packaging methods of existing hazardous waste,the elements of risk control of hazardous waste transfer were studied,risk grading standards were confirmed,and the risk assessment method of the hazardous waste transfer process was formed.The application of risk matrix method in risk assessment of hazardous waste transfer process has been explored,which effectively provides reference for management departments in the operation of hazardous waste transfer receipts and application of cross provincial transfer of hazardous waste,and has guiding significance for management departments in the source management and supervision during and after the fact of hazardous waste transfer.
