Preparation of Inorganic-Organic Hybrid Silicon-Acrylic Emulsion and Its Application in Anti-Graffiti and Anti-Paste Coatings
In this paper,inorganic-organic hybrid silicon emulsion was synthesized with inorganic organoxysilane modified acrylate by means of semi-continuous core-shell emulsion polymerization process with monomer pre-emulsification.The effects of reaction temperature, emulsifier content, initiator content,inorganic-silicone propyl solution content and mass ratio of soft and hard monomers on the conversion and properties of the inorganic-organic hybrid silicon-acrylic emulsion were studied. The result showed that when the mass fraction of the solution is 10%,the mass fraction of the emulsifier is 2.9%,the mass ratio of the soft and hard monomer is 1∶1,and the reaction temperature is 80℃,the synthetic inorganic-organic hybrid silicon-acrylic emulsion has good comprehensive properties. The technical index results of the obtained anti-graffiti and anti-paste coatings can meet or even exceed the standard requirements, and meet the application needs of municipal engineering and home improvement fields.
