摘要
尽管自动化喷涂能够提供稳定的节拍和喷涂质量,但喷涂设备不可避免地出现故障.因此,降级模式作为一种应急生产模式,通过将机器人的工作内容进行重新拆解和分配,使剩余机器人完成所有任务,维持生产.本研究详细描述了降级模式的设置,及应用时所需注意的碰撞点和其他相关问题.
Abstract
Automated spraying can provide stable beat and spraying quality,but the spraying equipment inevitably breaks down.Therefore,as an emergency production mode,the degrade mode allows the remaining robots to complete all tasks and maintain the production by re-disassembling and redistributing.This article provided a detailed description of the setup of the degradation mode,as well as the collision points and other related issues needed to be noted during application.
