摘要
建立了气相色谱法直接测定水性涂料乳液中游离丙烯酰胺的方法.样品中丙烯酰胺经甲醇提取后,通过DB-WAX色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,内标法定量.结果显示标准工作曲线中丙烯酰胺含量在2～100 μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数>0.999 9,加标回收率为96.46%～101.13%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤3.0%,方法的检出限为1.3 mg/kg,定量限为4.3 mg/kg,测量范围为1.3～500 mg/kg.该方法操作简单、数据准确、检出限低,为水性涂料乳液中游离丙烯酰胺的测定提供了一种实用的分析方法.
Abstract
The gas chromatography method for direct determination of free acrylamide content in emulsion for water-borne coatings was established.After methanol extraction,acrylamide in the sample was separated by DB-WAX chromatography column,detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector,and quantified by internal standard method.The results showed that the standard working curve exhibits a good linear relationship with acrylamide content in the range of 2-100 μg/mL.The correlation coefficient is greater than 0.999 9.The recovery rate is between 96.46%and 101.13%.The relative standard deviation(RSD)is less than or equal to 3.0%.The detection limit of the method is 1.3 mg/kg.The quantitative limit is 4.3 mg/kg.The measurement range is 1.3-500 mg/kg.The method has the advantages of simple operation,accurate data and low detection limit.It provides a practical method for the determination of free acrylamide in emulsion for water-borne coatings.
