深中大桥主塔仿清水混凝土涂装施工技术研究

摘要
位于伶仃洋海域的深中大桥跨度大,且长期处于高温、高盐、高湿的海洋环境,若不加以防护,会影响混凝土的强度和耐久性,甚至会使混凝土内部造成钢筋锈蚀.深中大桥主塔采用仿清水混凝土涂装工艺,既可修补混凝土表面,达到美观效果,又能保护混凝土表面不受自然环境破坏,延长使用寿命.为了确保主塔涂装的施工质量和安全性,确定了采用吊篮施工作业的施工方案,并且系统讨论仿清水混凝土的施工工艺及施工过程,为后续同类型工程防腐作业提供参考.
Abstract
The Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge located in the Lingdingyang Sea has a large span and is exposed to high temperature,high salt,and high humidity marine environments for a long time.Without being protected,the strength and durability of the concrete will be affected,and corrosion of the steel bars inside the concrete will appear.The main tower of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge adopts imitation clear water concrete coating technology,which can not only repair the concrete surface and achieve aesthetic effects,but also protect the concrete surface from natural environmental damage and extend its service life.In order to ensure the construction quality and safety of the main tower coating,the construction scheme using a suspended basket construction operation has been determined,and the construction technology and process of imitation clear water concrete coating have been systematically discussed.It provides reference for subsequent anti-corrosion operations of similar projects.
