本研究以环氧树脂和聚酰胺固化剂为主体,研制了一系列环氧富锌底漆,并且对树脂比例、锌粉含量及形状、有机-无机杂化剂的含量和固化剂体系等影响因素进行分析和优化.结果表明,当环氧树脂E51和75%E20的质量比为4∶1、锌粉质量分数为80%、球状锌粉与鳞片状锌粉质量比为3∶1、有机-无机杂化剂质量分数为1.8%、固化剂BS890-70X与BS853N的质量比为1∶1时,所制备的环氧富锌底漆具有快干、良好的附着力和耐盐雾性能.与市售的环氧富锌底漆相比,研制的富锌底漆在中性盐雾环境下,具有更好的表观性、耐老化性和耐腐蚀性,可广泛应用于石油石化行业中的油罐和炼化企业的钢结构防腐工程.
Study on the Properties of Epoxy Zinc-Rich Primer
In this study,with the epoxy resin and polyamide curing agent as the main body,a series of zinc-rich epoxy primers was prepared.The influence factors such as resin ratio,zinc powder content and shape,organic-inorganic hybrid agent content and curing agent system were analyzed and optimized.The result showed that when the mass ratio of epoxy resin E51 to 75%E20 is 4∶1,the mass fraction of zinc powder is 80%,the mass ratio of spherical zinc powder to flake zinc powder is 3∶1,the mass fraction of organic-inorganic hybrid agent is 1.8%,and the mass ratio of curing agent BS890-70X to BS853N is 1∶1,the prepared epoxy zinc-rich primer has fast drying speed,good adhesion and salt spray resistance.Compared with the commercially available epoxy zinc-rich primer,the developed epoxy zinc-rich primer has better appearance,aging resistance and corrosion resistance in the neutral salt spray environment.It can be widely used in anti-corrosion engineering of steel structure of oil tank and refining enterprise in petroleum and petrochemical industry.
