This study used self-made silicone resin for formula design and developed a colored breathable material.Before painting,a layer of alkali metal silicate based primer should be applied to the concrete substrate to prevent the concrete from falling off dust and powder.Through two layers of primer and color paint construction,a breathable concrete protective material system with both surface protection and beautification function was achieved.It had good water repellent protection and moisture evaporation performance,as well as a certain degree of penetration ability.It reacted with the concrete and firmly bound with chemical bonds,which could repair and beautified the appearance of the concrete.It solved the problems of peeling and flaking caused by poor internal moisture evaporation or freeze-thaw cycles during the service of coated concrete.This colored breathable material has excellent performance in practical application,and achieves good economic and social benefits.It has a wide range of application scenarios.
