Study on Curing Speed of Photocured Vinyl Ester Glass Flake Mastic under Different Curing Condition
With vinyl resin as the base material,the photocured vinyl ester glass flake mastic was prepared.Its optimum curing conditions were designed.The results showed that the type and dosage of initiator,film thickness,irradiation wavelength and irradiation distance will affect the curing speed.When the amount of initiator TPO is 1%,coating thickness is 1 000 μm,irradiation distance is 50 mm,wavelength is 405 nm,the curing speed of the photocured vinyl ester glass flake mastic is the fastest.
