The Development of a Light-Colored Conductive Powder Coatings That Can Be Recoated
Through premixing,melting extrusion,grinding and sifting,a light-colored conductive powder coatings that can be recoated was prepared with polyester resin,curing agent,leveling agent,benzoin,carbon nanotube,titanium dioxide and barium sulfate.It solves the problem that the conventional conductive powder coatings cannot be repainted and the color is limited.When there are defects on the coating surface,it can be repaired directly by back spraying without the need for coating stripping,which can achieve decorative effects.The light-colored conductive powder coatings that can be recoated could be applied in conductive,anti-static and anti-corrosion engineering in petroleum,chemical,building materials,electronics and other fields.It has the advantages of simple preparation method,easy construction and environmental protection.
