摘要

针对于新能源整车车身上板材多样性的问题,从涂装前处理的角度出发,重点分析如何通过脱脂、防锈、硅烷产品的选择来有效解决新能源车身涂装过程中产生的质量问题,为新能源车技术的不断创新提供了有力的技术支持.

Abstract

This paper focused on the issue of diversity of sheet metals on the body of new energy vehicles.From the point of view of coating pretreatment,how to effectively solve the quality problems during the process of painting new energy body through the selection of degreasing,rust prevention and silane products was emphasized.It provides strong technical support for the continuous innovation of new energy vehicle technology.
