Objective:To observe the effect of saffron on clinical symptoms and hemodynamic changes in patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 90 patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction were selected and divided into a control group(treated with conventional therapy)and an observation group(conventional therapy combined with saffron).The hemodynamic indexes,coagulation function indexes,middle cerebral artery blood flow indexes and clinical symptom scores were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The indexes and scores mentioned above were better in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination therapy for the treatment of patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction can improve the hemodynamics and clinical symptoms and promote the recovery of patients.
