Fournier's gangrene is an aggressive form of necrotising fasciitis involving the genitals and perineum with a high mortality rate.In this study,we report the comprehensive nursing process of perineal Fournier's gangrene in a hemodialysis patient,including ward environment management,trauma care,psychological care,hemodialysis management,blood glucose and dietary management.Comprehensive and standardized care that takes into account hemodialysis care is a key link in determining the patient's prognosis and can minimize the mortality of Fournier's gangrene.
