A survey research of compliance of community nursing follow-up in chronic hepatitis B patients
Objective:To conduct a survey of the compliance of community nursing follow-up for patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)in Huaihaizhonglu Community Health Service Center of Huangpu District in Shanghai.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2022,patients diagnosed as CHB in secondary or tertiary medical institutions in Shanghai were selected as this survey objects by cluster sampling method,and interviewed by telephone or face-to-face with community nursing follow-up questionnaire.Results:Among 127 patients with CHB,there were 61(48.0%)had higher compliance and 66(52.0%)had middle and lower compliance,the factors influencing the compliance of community nursing follow-up of patients with CHB included gender,age,education,employment status,personal monthly income,living status,type of medical insurance,acceptance of community nursing follow-up,duration of disease,medication status,use of extended prescription of medicine for CHB,laboratory indicators reexamination period,choice of medical institutions for follow-up treatment,and the results of the latest liver function tests.Conclusion:The adoption of the following measures is recommended to improve the follow-up compliance of community nursing for CHB:(1)Diversifying the forms of community nursing follow-up and health education;(2)Improving the professional quality of community follow-up nurses;(3)Providing more first-line commonly used medicines for CHB;(4)Cooperating with the general practitioner team to carry out the follow-up work.
