Application of the Chinese and Western medicine integrated with comprehensive nursing intervention in the management of stress urinary incontinence in elderly women
Objective:To explore the effect of Chinese and Western medicine integrated with comprehensive nursing intervention in the management of stress urinary incontinence in elderly women.Methods:From October 2020 to October 2022,60 elderly female patients with stress urinary incontinence who were treated in Jiangqiao Community Health Service Center of Jiading District,Shanghai were selected and by random number table,divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group.The control group was adopted the routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with of Chinese and Western medicine integrated with comprehensive nursing intervention,and continued for 3 months,The nursing effect,quality of life and satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results:The nursing effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was better than that in the control group 80.00%(24/30,P<0.05).After intervention,the daily living restriction score in the observation group was(37.65±3.57),the social restriction score was(23.43±2.56),and the psychological impact score was(37.98±4.26),and the scores of daily living restriction,social restriction and psychological impact in the control group were(31.78±3.42),(18.36±2.41)and(31.25±4.20),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 100.00%,which was better that in the control group 76.67%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Chinese and Western medicine integrated with comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly female patients with stress urinary incontinence can effectively improve the nursing effect,quality of life and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
