Application effect of different proportions of plasma and red blood cell infusion in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage
Objective:To observe the application effect of different proportions of plasma and red blood cell(RBC)infusion in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods:Ninety patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to the hospital from April 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into group A,group B and group C with 30 cases in each group by random number table method.Group A received 0.5∶1 infusion of plasma to RBC,group B received 1∶1 infusion of plasma to RBC,and group C received 1.5∶1 infusion of plasma to RBC.Blood routine indexes[hemoglobin(Hb),platelet(PLT)],coagulation function indexes[fibrinogen(FBG),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thrombin time(APTT)]and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared among the three groups. Results:The levels of Hb and PLT in the three groups were higher at 24h than those before transfusion, and the levels of Hb and PLT in group B were higher than those in group A and group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 24h of transfusion, the FBG level of the three groups was higher than that before transfusion, while PT and APTT were lower than those before transfusion, and the FBG level of group B was higher than that in group A and C,while PT and APTT were lower than those in group A and C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The 1∶1 ratio of plasma to RBC infusion is better for postpartum hemorrhage patients, which can improve coagulation function and has good safety.
