Clinical observation of Zigui fumigation and washing prescription in the treatment of stage 2 pressure sore
Objective:To observe the effect of Zigui fumigation and washing prescription in the treatment of stage 2 pressure sore.Methods:Sixty patients with stage 2 pressure sore admitted to Luodian Community Health Service Center in Baoshan District of Shanghai were selected from March 2021 to September 2022 and divided into a control group and a treatment group with 30 cases according to random number table method.The control group was given foam dressing for wound dressing change on the basis of routine nursing.On the basis of routine nursing,the treatment group was given Zigui fumigation and washing prescription for wound dressing change,and the continuous treatment was for 8 weeks.The pressure ulcer scale for healing(PUSH)score,negative conversion of bacteria on ulcer surface,score of visual analog scale of wound pain(VAS),pressure ulcer surface area,healing time and healing rate of ulcer surface were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was significantly higher than that in the control group 80.00%(24/30,P<0.05).After 1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,the PUSH score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the bacterial conversion rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than that in the control group,and the wound pain VAS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the area of wound surface in the treatment group was significantly smaller than that in the control group,the healing time of ulcer was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the healing rate of ulcer surface was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zigui fumigation and washing prescription has definite curative effect in the treatment of stage 2 pressure sore,which can effectively promote the repair of ulcer surface,relieve pain and shorten the course of the disease,which is worth promoting.
