Effect of family doctor team mode on medication compliance and low density lipoprotein cholesterol compliance rate of the patients with coronary heart disease
Objective:To explore the influence of family doctor team intervention on medication compliance and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)compliance rate in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD).Methods:Five hundred and seventy-four CAD patients were collected from June to August 2021,and their average age was(73.0±6.2)years,the control group and the research group had 287 cases, respectively. The study used a randomized double blind controlled method. The control group was treated with traditional outpatient method, medication advice and education, and the research group adopted the family team mode to focus management of the patients with CAD.Antiplatelet, compliance with the use of lipid-lowering drugs and influence factors, and LDL-C compliance rate were compared. Results:Multivariate logistic regression analysis results showed that advanced age, education level at junior high school, and below were the independent influencing factors for not using antiplatelet drugs,PCI/CABG history was the protective factor for not using antiplatelet drugs(P<0.05);female,advanced age and overweight were independent risk factors for not receiving lipid-lowering drugs, history of diabetes, and PCI/CABG history were the protective factor for not use lipid-lowering drugs(P<0.05).The usage rate of antiplatelet and lipid-lowering drugs and the LDL-C compliance rate of the patients in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intervention and management by family doctor team mode can effectively improve patients'medication compliance and LDL-C compliance rate.
