Meta-analysis of clinical effect of Erchen decoction on hyperlipidemia
Objective:To evaluate therapeutic effect of Erchen decoction for hyperlipidemia,so as to provide evidence-based medicine basis for its clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,with the theme of"Erchen decoction for hyperlipidemia",the literatures from various databases at home and abroad were screened.Meta-analysis was performed on the included literatures using RevMan 5.3 software,and the clinical efficacy was summarized.Results:A total of 10 papers containing 1 118 patients were involved in this study,including 543 cases in the experimental group and 575 cases in the control group.The results of meta-analysis revealed that Erchen decoction had obvious therapeutic effect on hyperlipidemia(P<0.01).Conclusion:Erchen decoction for hyperlipidemia has a good clinical effect,however,it still needs to be continuously verified in clinical practice.
