Effect of laparoscopic radical surgery on perioperative indicators and immune stress response in patients with early-stage gallbladder cancer
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic radical surgery in patients with early gallbladder cancer.Methods:Eighty-eight patients with early gallbladder cancer were randomly divided into a control group(n=44)and an observation group(n=44).The control group underwent open radical surgery and the observation group underwent laparoscopic radical surgery. The perioperative indexes, immune stress response, quality of life, and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and 1 month after surgery. Results:The perioperative indicators such as intraoperative bleeding, the time for operation and gastrointestinal function recovery and hospitalization were better in the observation group than the control group. The postoperative levels of epinephrine, norepinephrine, cortisol and interleukin-4 and the incidence of complications were lower, while the levels of interferon-gamma and the scores of dimensions in the GQOLI-74 were higher in the observation group than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic radical surgery for the treatment of patients with early gallbladder cancer is effective with less invasive injury and lighter immune stress response to the organism and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
