摘要

目的:分析临床药师参与的使用阿奇霉素成功救治 1 例解脲支原体(UU)感染患儿的治疗过程,为优化该类疾病的治疗提供经验.方法:临床药师通过对阿奇霉素用于新生儿UU感染的风险和获益评估,参与抗感染方案的制定.结果:单药阿奇霉素可用于新生儿UU感染的治疗.结论:临床药师利用药学专业知识协助医师制定用药方案,深入临床实施用药指导,可充分提高临床治疗效果及药物治疗的安全性和有效性.

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the treatment process of clinical pharmacists involved in the successful treatment of a child with Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU)infection,so as to provide experience for optimizing the treatment of this disease.Methods:The clinical pharmacists participated in the formulation of anti-infection rigements by evaluating the risks and benefits of azithromycin for neonatal UU infection.Results:Azithromycin could be used for the treatment of UU infection in neonates.Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists can fully improve the clinical treatment outcomes and the safety and effectiveness of drug treatments by utilizing their pharmaceutical expertise to assist doctors in formulating drug use plans and implementing medication guidance.
