Simultaneous determination of five constituents in Jianyao Migu tablets by HPLC
Objective:To establish a multi-component quantitative analysis method for the extract powder of Jianyao Migu tablets and provide a basis for comprehensive evaluation of the quality of extract powder.Methods:The contents of five components in the extract powder of Jianyao Migu tablets were determined by HPLC method with acetonitrile-phosphate buffer as mobile phase and gradient elution.Results:The five components including magnoflorine,salvianolic acid B,epimedin C,icariin and baohuosideⅠshowed a good linear relationship in their respective concentration ranges(r≥0.999 7).The average recovery rates of 5 compounds were 100.47%,104.37%,95.38%,95.93%and 96.66%,respectively.The specificity and reproducibility of this method were good.Conclusion:The established analytical method is accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of extract powder in Jianyao Migu tablets.
