目的:考察缩宫素注射液与氯化钠注射液的配伍稳定性.方法:将缩宫素注射液分别与不同pH及不同内包材的 0.9%氯化钠注射液进行配伍,在室温条件下考察配伍溶液的稳定性.结果:配伍溶液的性状、pH、渗透压、不溶性微粒、有关物质和含量均无明显变化.结论:缩宫素注射液与不同pH和不同内包材的 0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍后,在 24 h内稳定.
Study on compatibility stability of oxytocin injection with sodium chloride injections
Objective:To investigate the compatibility stability of oxytocin injection with sodium chloride injections.Methods:Oxytocin injection was compatible with 0.9%sodium chloride injection of different pH and different inner packaging materials,and the stability of the compatible solution was investigated at room temperature.Results:There were no significant changes in the appearance,pH,osmotic pressure,insoluble particles,related substances and the content of oxytocin.Conclusion:Oxytocin injection is stable within 24 hours when mixed with 0.9%sodium chloride injection with different pH and different inner packaging materials.
