Research status of wound evaluation of the elderly diabetic foot
The diabetic foot is one of the common chronic complications of the elderly diabetes patients,with the characteristics of high incidence,treatment difficulty,high recurrence rate and so on.Accurate and dynamic evaluation of diabetic foot wound is an important step to provide appropriate nursing plan,and runs through the whole nursing process of the diabetic foot.This article reviews the evaluation tools and methods of wound bed,ulcer area and healing of the diabetic foot,so as to provide evaluation basis for clinical nursing practice of the diabetic foot.
