Investigation and research of the demand for the family doctor service form in the working young and middle-aged people in the functional communities
Objective:To understand the demand for the family doctor service form and the related influencing factors in the working young and middle-aged people in the functional community of Huangpu District,Shanghai.Methods:In July 2021,the stratified random sampling method was adopted to select 9 out of 177 sub-district committees in Huangpu District of Shanghai,and 78-79 in-service employees in 5 enterprises under each sub-district committee were randomly selected as the survey objects,and the self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate them.Results:Among 670 young and middle-aged people,141(21.0%)had signed a contract with the family doctors,and 529(79.0%)had not signed a contract.The results of univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the demand for family doctor service in WeChat consultation form among middle-aged and young people of different ages and educational backgrounds(P<0.05),in the demand for family doctor service in outpatient face-to-face consultation form among middle-aged and young people of different ages,household registration and living time in Shanghai(P<0.05),and in the demand for family doctor service in the form of Internet medicine among middle-aged and young people with different ages,household registration and self-health status assessment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The personalized family doctor service form suitable for the needs of middle-aged and young people in the functional communities should be promoted,the online contract service functions optimized and the online diagnosis and treatment capabilities of family doctors improved,so as to expand the coverage of contract services and improve the utilization rate of community health services for the whole population.
