Analysis of the organizational support needs of the family doctor teams under the background of treatment-prevention integration
Objective:To understand the organizational support needs of family doctor teams and their members in medical and preventive integration in some areas of Shanghai.Methods:From June to August 2022,the members of family doctor teams in some community health service centers in Huangpu District,Yangpu District,Putuo District,Minhang District,Jiading District,Fengxian District,Chongming District and Pudong New District of Shanghai were selected as the survey objects by convenient sampling method,and the self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate them.Results:The family doctor team members'demand for different organizational support content had statistical significance(P<0.05),and the demand degree was ranked as salary and welfare,promotion and recruitment,staff training,environmental hardware,assistance and support,and organizational justice.The results of univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the demands of team members of different ages for salary and welfare,promotion and recruitment(P<0.05),and there were statistically significant differences in the demands of team members of different educational backgrounds for employee training and organizational justice(P<0.05),there were statistically significant differences in the demand scores of team members with different professional titles for assistance and support,organizational justice,salary and welfare,promotion and recruitment(P<0.05),and there were statistically significant differences in the demand scores of team members with different positions for assistance and support,staff training,and organizational justice(P<0.05).Conclusion:As an organizer,the community health service centers should provide the targeted support to different categories for family doctor team members.
