Study of the service effect of the community family doctor team under the mode of"medical and preventive integration"
Objective:To analyze the service effect of the family doctor team under the mode of"medical and preventive integration"to improve the service quality of the family doctor team.Methods:The service quality control of the family doctor team and the related questionnaire,physical examination indicators and data of 1 164 patients with chronic diseases for two years were collected and studied.Among the residents with chronic diseases there were 504 males and 660 females.The effect of the family doctor team service was analyzed.Results:From 2020 to 2022,there were statistically significant differences in the standard management of hypertension and diabetes,glycosylated hemoglobin detection and the change trend of regular medication in patients with mental disorders(P<0.05).Among 1 164 residents with chronic diseases there were statistically significant differences in headache,joint swelling and pain,numbness of hands and feet,physical exercise,overweight and obesity,blood lipid and fatty liver(P<0.05);there were statistically significant differences in satisfaction to the family doctors,and self-care ability evaluation(P<0.05);there were no statistically significant differences in symptoms of chest tightness,smoking status and drinking frequency(P>0.05).Conclusion:The"medical and preventive integration"mode improves the service quality of the family doctor team,and improves the management effect,which makes the family doctor team truly become the"health gatekeeper"of the contracted residents.
