股骨远端骨折是临床上常见的一类骨折.随着内固定器械的发展、治疗理念与技术的提高,股骨远端骨折的治疗有了新的进展.本文就股骨远端的解剖结构,以及股骨远端骨折的发生机制与分型、临床诊断、治疗历史演变与研究方向作一综述.
Abstract
The distal femoral fracture is a common fracture in clinic.With the development of internal fixation devices and the improvement of treatment concepts and techniques,the treatment of distal femoral fractures has made new progress.In this paper,we make a summery including the anatomical structure of the anatomical basis of distal femur,the occurrence mechanism and classification,clinical diagnosis,historical evolution of treatment,and reasearch prospects of distal femoral fracture.
