不饱和脂肪酸与抑郁症的相关性研究进展

抑郁症是最常见的精神障碍,以持久而显著的心境低落为特征.在我国,抑郁症的发病率呈逐年上升趋势.本文介绍近年来国内外对于不饱和脂肪酸与抑郁症的相关性研究结果,并进行回顾与总结.大量研究表明,较低的血清多不饱和脂肪酸(主要是ω-3 脂肪酸)水平与抑郁症状的严重程度高度相关,较高的血清多不饱和脂肪酸水平与较低的抑郁症发病率以及较低的抑郁症状评分相关.而血清单不饱和脂肪酸(ω-9 脂肪酸)被证实与抑郁症状无相关性.较低的ω-6 脂肪酸/ω-3 脂肪酸比值可能预示较好的预后.血清多不饱和脂肪酸水平或可成为一种预测抑郁症发生率及抑郁症状严重度的参考依据.
Research progress on the correlation between unsaturated fatty acids and depression
Depression is the most common mental disorder characterized by persistent and significant low mood state.In China,the incidence of depression is increasing year by year.This article reviews and summarizes the research focus on the correlation between unsaturated fatty acids and depression at home and abroad in recent years.Studies have shown that the lower serum polyunsaturated fatty acids(mainly omega-3 fatty acids)are associated with the severity of depressive symptoms,and the higher level of serum polyunsaturated fatty acids is associated with the lower incidence of depression and the lower scores of depressive symptom.Monounsaturated fatty acids(omega-9 fatty acids)seem to have no correlation with depression.Lower omega-6/omega-3 fatty acids ratio may predict a better prognosis.Serum polyunsaturated fatty acid levels may be used as reference for predicting the incidence of depression and the severity of depressive symptoms.
