Effect of directional drug penetration treatment of Chinese medicine combined with nursing intervention on lung function and satisfaction of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD
Objective:To study the clinical effect of directional drug penetration treatment of Chinese Medicine combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods:Sixty-four AECOPD patients in Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangxi Province were collected from January 2021 to December 2022,and were divided into two groups with 32 cases each according to the random number table method. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment and nursing care, and the intervention group was treated with directional drug penetration treatment of Chinese medicine combined with nursing intervention on the basis of the control group for 2 weeks. The 1-second forceful breathing volume(FEV1),FEV1 as a percentage of the expected value(FEV1%),the ratio of FEV1 to forceful lung capacity(FVC)vs FEV1/FVC,the effective rate of clinical control and the rate of satisfaction of the patients in the two groups before the treatment and after the 2-week treatment were compared between two groups. Results:After 2 weeks of treatment, the FEV1 value,FEV1%value,and FEV1/FVC value in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of clinical condition control and patients'satisfaction rate in the intervention group were 96.88%(31/32)and 96.88%(31/32),respectively,which were higher than those in the control group 71.88%(23/32)and 75.00%(24/32,P<0.05).Conclusion:Directional drug penetration treatment of Chinese medicine combined with nursing intervention is effective in the treatment of AECOPD,which can effectively improve lung function, therapeutic effect and patients'satisfaction.
